Clark Finance will aim to replace your deal to a new lender should the first application decline for any reason. In the event we are unable to get you a Decision In Principle or are unable to proceed to a Full Mortgage Application, no fees will be payable to Clark Finance.
It is our intention to provide you with a high level of customer service at all times.
